What's the Difference?

Standard Split

Approx. 250–350 mm long — roughly the length of a loaf of bread, with a traditional larger split.

Suited to fireplaces, wood heaters and larger fire pits.

Double Split

Approx. 250–350 mm long, but split into smaller, narrower pieces that are easier to handle.

Suited to smaller fireplaces, fire pits and wood-fired cooking.

Firewood is a natural product, so individual piece sizes will vary.

We're currently building our first Brisbane delivery routes. Founding 100 customers will be contacted before launch to confirm availability, pricing and their first delivery.
Our first delivery areas will be based on where Founding 100 demand is strongest. Your suburb and postcode help us build efficient delivery routes. We'll confirm that we can service your area before your first order.
Your $5 reserves your Founding 100 spot and is credited in full towards your first firewood delivery. If you change your mind before your first delivery is confirmed, you can request a full refund. If we're unable to provide service to your area, we'll refund your $5.
Your first firewood delivery will require a $70 refundable security amount per wheelie bin. The bin remains part of our exchange system. When you no longer use the service and return the bin in acceptable condition, the security amount can be refunded in accordance with our terms.
Yes. The firewood option you select when reserving is only your current preference. We'll confirm your firewood type, split size, quantity, launch pricing and delivery details before your first order.
If we're unable to provide firewood delivery to your area, we'll refund your $5 reservation payment. You won't be required to place an order.
We're finalising the customer-facing quantity specification before launch. The planned service is designed around a manageable wheelie-bin load rather than filling the bin to an unsafe or impractical weight. We'll clearly confirm the quantity before your first order.
When you're running low, place your next order. On your scheduled delivery, we deliver your full replacement bin and collect your empty one.
